Daimon is a trial attorney who works with Adam Appel and Kim Ruder in litigating a wide variety of civil matters. His practice areas include premises liability, automobile and trucking litigation, medical malpractice, civil rights and employment, and products liability claims.
Daimon joined Dermer Appel Ruder in 2017, where he now represents clients in a wide variety of civil matters. Prior to joining Dermer Appel Ruder, Daimon worked for a number of years at Katz Wright Fleming Dodson & Mildenhall, helping to litigate plaintiffs’ personal injury cases.
Daimon received his Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Daimon interned for Judge Daniel J. Swords with the Hampden Juvenile Court in Springfield, Massachusetts and was a summer associate for Thompson Kontz & Brenner in Santa Cruz, California. Daimon also served as a member of the WNEU Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team and WNEU Small Business Clinic. These diverse experiences exposed Daimon to a wide range of civil and criminal matters and instilled in him a great affection for the litigation process.
Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Daimon largely grew up in suburban Atlanta. He enjoys spending his spare time enjoying the outdoors with his wife and son and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs every fall.
